Great question! This all depends on what you are using the boxes to cater for.
For example if catering for a "nibble", a small box can cater up to 4 people, Medium box up to 10 and a Large box up to 15.
If your catering for a "feast", a Small box would be suited best for 2 people, Medium box up to 6 and Large box up to 10.
Meats, Cheeses, Dips, And Fruits On Tables And Platters Should Be Consumed Or Discarded Within 4 Hours From Setup/Delivery.
If you have certain dietary requirements for your grazing table please let us know. We will try our best to accommodate your needs, but need notice and will confirm once you get in touch.
What type of food is included on your grazing tables?
Because we shop local for seasonal foods, we do not provide a "set menu". We strive to make each table unique through its ingredients. If there is something you'd like to see or avoid, please let us know.
